What is Energy Therapy?

Energy therapy techniques clear the blocked emotional energy and negative thought energy that has become so common for people. It is what we commonly refer to as stress. When we have blocked, scrambled, stuffed, and damaged energy flows and systems, we cannot achieve our full potential.
Energy therapy healing returns you to a balanced, naturally healthy state. This healing method focuses on releasing your energetic and emotional blocks, re-aligning your mind, body & spirit and harmonizing you to your inner and outer environments.
How does it work?
Energy healing releases people from the emotional energy of their past, cleans up their mental states and repairs the entire energy system. We are energetic beings, a mass of light, particles and information. It is from this access point that energy therapy healing occurs. What that looks like in our day-to-day life is better health, more joy, clearer mental states and a stronger spiritual connection. Energy therapy gives power to our life force and vibrational tone so we are a powerful instrument in attracting what is good and wanted into our lives.

What does a Session consist of?
Your sessions are wonderfully relaxing and energizing at the same time. You’ll feel ready to resume your day fortified with a new perspective and new ideas. Your healing sessions are a custom blend of modalities designed to create fast and effective shifts in your personal well-being. These modalities include: Self Created Health, Vibrational Therapy, Chakra and Energy balancing, Guided Healing Meditation to help you get to a healthy state of mind, Quantum Touch Energy Therapy.
Your sessions not only include the consultation and guided energy healing, but you’ll also learn valuable techniques that you can utilize on a daily basis to continue your healing. These techniques will help you maintain the balance and harmony that will keep you feeling whole and healthy.
What do you need to do?
Sessions do not need much preparation on your part. We spend the beginning of your initial appointment reviewing what issues or blocks you’d like to see addressed and then move into the energy therapy portion. My session guidelines are:
- Drink water before and after our sessions
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Have a pen and paper handy – you’ll want to take notes
- If doing a phone consultation – find a quiet and private place that you won’t be disturbed for the length of the session.
